Usability of F/OSS in ACM Interactions

This (November-December) issue of ACM Interactions journal is dedicated to open source software. Besides an article written by me and Mehmet Göktürk ("Usability in open source: community "), There are many other nice ideas on F/OSS usability from experienced F/OSS developers, i.e "community experience at OpenOffice.org" by Matthias Müller-Prove and "open standard and open sourced SMIL for interactivity" by Zucker & Bulterman.
